What is Clinical Supervision?

Clinical supervision is a supportive, collaborative process that provides space for therapists and mental health professionals to reflect on their work, maintain ethical standards, and continue developing their practice. It’s not about being assessed or judged – it’s about being supported.

Supervision offers a confidential environment where you can explore the emotional, relational, and practical aspects of your client work. Together, we look at what’s going well, where you may feel stuck or uncertain, and how you’re being impacted personally and professionally. It’s also a place to deepen your understanding of theory, sharpen your clinical thinking, and ensure your work remains safe, ethical, and attuned.

At its core, supervision is a space for connection, learning, and restoration, helping you stay resourced and reflective in what can be deeply rewarding, but also emotionally demanding work.
